Who designs and creates Danare Designs jewelry?

I'm a 1 woman show.  (So, it's just me, Dana.)  I design and create all jewelry, website updates, marketing, social media, and shipping...I do it all.

Are you in the U.S.?

Yes!  Every piece is created in the U.S. and ships from Illinois.

How soon will my order ship?

Most of our jewelry is in stock and typically ships within 1-2 business days.  Made to order jewelry is noted as such.  See the item description for specific shipping times.

How much is shipping?

All orders over $75 ship free via USPS First Class Mail and a tracking number is provided. (Free shipping is available for Domestic U.S. orders, only.)  For our International customers, rate options are shown at checkout.  All orders ship from our studios in Illinois.

How will my order ship?

Each piece of jewelry comes beautifully packaged in a signature gift box ready for gifting.  Our jewelry is carefully shipped in a padded mailer.  Larger orders may ship in a box. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as payment via PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses Shopify payments and PayPal for payments.  PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 168-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Please note that the customer is responsible for all import taxes or duties.

Do you accept returns?

Unworn items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or shop credit.  Email info@danaredesigns.com to arrange a return.  Custom orders are final sale.

How do I care for my jewelry?

At Danare Designs Jewelry we use natural stones, sterling silver, and copper.  Some of our designs in Sterling Silver and Copper are oxidized to provide an antiqued finish.  Some of our Sterling Silver designs feature a bright unoxidized finish which may tarnish over time. If you do notice some tarnish on your silver jewelry, it can be cleaned with a polishing cloth.  Copper will gain a natural patina with age. If you would like to restore some of the original color to copper, please contact me info@danaredesigns.com for suggestions on how to do so safely. Chemical cleaners are not made for all stones, and therefore are not recommended.
